I purchased this agility ladder to improve my son’s footwork and cardio, and it’s honestly one of the simplest yet most effective training tools I’ve ever used.The ladder comes with durable, adjustable rungs that lie flat and stay in place during workouts. The straps are strong and haven’t twisted or tangled, even after being tossed around in a gym bag.Super lightweight and easy to roll up. It comes with a carrying bag, which makes it perfect for taking to the park, field, or gym.

The ladder arrived with a nice carry bag. It is very light and sets up very quickly. The rungs in the ladder can slide up and down so they have to be adjusted periodically but otherwise really good product. Holds up well being used on asphalt

Amazing agility ladder to use for sports that require quick feet (tennis, football, basketball, soccer) hasn't worn down for me yet, but I rarely hit it anyway. The storage bag it comes with is pretty handy, value is great, and size is like most products like this.The workout charts that it gives are very helpful too.

They do the job they need to do for the most part, the issue with this one is the rungs don't stay in place and every time you bring it out of the holding bag you have to adjust the rungs every time before use. If you're using this to help train someone that can take time out of the training session and even if you're just using it yourself it takes time away from working out to have to lay it out every time and make sure all the rungs are equal distance apart.The bag is they come in is good, it has a handle on the side so it's easier to carry if your hands are full or can be used with a carabiner to clip onto a gym bag. The SKLZ ladder also comes with a bag but no handle on it.Overall though because of the time it takes to adjust the rungs every time I prefer SKLZ because you can take it out of the bag and just lay it out much quicker. This is a good budget option since it offers two ladders so you could keep one at your regular workout area and still have another to take other places you want.
