Really good for the price. Used mainly for fresh and frozen fish and vegetables. Makes lovely food.Easy and simple to clean. Looks good left out on the worktop.Very simple to use, fish with water, fill with food and turn on the timer.Can get a lot of food in it also.Great peice of equipment to add to any kitchen, especially to use with an air fryer.

Great value for money and easy to set up. Is quite 'plasticky' and light weight, but does a good job.

Great steamer, very efficient, it cooks the food really well, I wanted one that only had the two levels as I never use the third, so this is why I chose this steamer.As others have mentioned the steamer body is black, where the food is placed is opaque, I was a little disappointed by this as mine is already stained from steaming carrots even though I wash it up as soon as I've finished cooking, so clear like in the photo would be my preference.Mine also leaks - a lot, I now place the steamer on a tea towel when I use it, obviously this isn't ideal.But overall it is a nice little steamer

Before purchase, I read reviews, all praised this product except one, who said this product leaked. Wow, he was right. It looked good and was powerful, but as it cranked up, the steam pushed the bottom container up and about a glass of boiling water bubbled out onto the worktop. (Could it be you needed two containers on the base full of food to keep it down) This was not mentioned in the handbook. You can also fill with hot water to cut down steam time, The timer is disappointing; you cannot turn it back. P.S. Keep packing, mine is on its way back to China

I cook whole meals in this, veg,fish etc. very useful and fairly quick. Saves on washing dishes too.

The steamer works well for the first few times and then it started to leak 50% of the time i use it. It leaks a puddle of water over the kitchen counter and I have concern over its safety. Not recommended. I wish I can return it.
