Wish I had purchased this before. It is a game changer for us!Purchased three receiver units and four push button alarms (but they sent 5 - thank you).My husband's health issues requires me to attend him when he needs me so I have previously had to stay close by around the house.Now, I can go anywhere in the house and garden and outbuildings and have the confidence that I can hear him when he calls. Life is so much easier.He has a call unit around his neck and the others have been placed around the house i.e. bathroom, toilet and bedroom. The receiver units receive a signal even in our outbuilding where I do my crafts which is brilliant.It appears that the instructions are out of date and this model does not require batteries. I just plugged the receivers into the electric sockets and everything started to work. No problem at all.Would highly recommend. I now get a good nights sleep too!

This the second personal alarm I've tried for my disabled wife. I want something she can press and that I can hear from another room or part of the house if she needs me. The first one involved wi-fi and was supposed to ring to my phone but I often found that overnight it had "dropped out" and needed re-setting. This is one is straightforward. There are 2 loud plug in bases with about 30 tunes or ringtones . There is a pendant button and a stick on one, which I have stuck on the chest of drawers next to her bed. Both work. I am very pleased, a bit more peace of mind in case my wife falls or needs me.

It worked a treat. Carers and cared-for both pleased with the extra freedom and reduced worry.

Got this for my mum when bed bound. I set it up fine but my parents would not have managed it. Works really well. Keep alarms downstairs, in garage, in my Dad's bedroom (for night) & even in shed if out in garden! Mum can't press button on round neck alarms, but small square alarms let you pass your finger over the black tab - they're very sensitive to touch. Great! Gives mum security that she'll be heard if needs us. Well worth the faff of setting it up.

I asked a question on the product a few days ago. The company responded with useful information. Unfortunately, I now can't find their response.When I press one of the transmitters it responds to the portable receiver and one of the plug in receivers, and not the other receiver. The other transmitter is okThank you
