Spigen Thin Fit Designed for iPhone SE 2022 Case/iPhone SE 3 Case 2022 / iPhone SE 2020 Case/iPhone 8 Case/iPhone 7 Case - Black

For several reason, this is the best iPhone case I’ve ever had so far. First, it fits perfect and gives good protection. I dropped my new iPhone 7 a couple of times already on the asphalt and concrete and this case prevented damaging the phone. Second, thoughtful design gives user friendly experience. Wide-open-bottom case design lets me uses third party charging docks with no problem. Also there’s a spot (inside) for a metal plate for those who use magnetic dash board mount. And it is still really thin case that offers me a really nice and comfortable grip. Third, the non slip matte rubber material is just perfect choice as a phone case. It feels not too rubbery that often gave me sticky and unpleasant touch feels. But rather it gives me perfect grip with nice non-slippery touch feel. Overall, this is the most practical iphone case I’ve ever tried. I think it priced reasonably and I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Product Review Simple. Clean. Does it’s job. I’ve had Spigen cases on a few other phones so when I switched to my first iPhone I thought I would stick with what works and guess what, it works! The case overhangs the front nicely for the lip protection when having the phone face down. The material is nice and grippy. I dropped the phone onto the concrete from about 6ft up and it protected the phone for the most part. I didn’t drop it on purpose, I was taking out the garbage and trying to talk on the phone at the same time. Don’t do that. There is a super small scratch on the edge where it landed but for such a slim and minimal case I don’t think you can ask for much more. If you want a smart looking case that doesn’t add bulk and you don’t plan on throwing it around to the extreme this is the case to get.

This is my third one of these cases. I tend to need to replace them after a year or so b/c they break around the volume buttons. No big deal b/c they’re cheap. I’ve had black the last two times and love that it’s got a matte, grippy feel. Figured I’d try gold this time to jazz it up a bit. Unfortunately the gold was much more slippery than the black so I returned it and got yet another black one. Other than the color, these cases are awesome. VERY slim and have a nice little recessed spot for a magnet (which I use with a dash mount in my car). I’ve dropped my phone plenty of times and only with really major crashes does it get damaged. This saves me 95% of the time which is more than enough for me, esp given the super slim design. I’m a guy who carries his phone in his front pocket almost exclusively and this doesn’t add any bulk which is great.

This Spigen clip-on cover is super minimalist, lightweight and PERFECT for my super picky husband who hates the big bulky "stupid rectangles". I was able to find him an iPhone SE 3 Gen, it's small and lightweight but he wanted protection for the Gorilla Glass back. This Thin Fit is super thin, it clips onto the Body of the phone covering the corners, sides and back. It's not grippy, which is what my husband prefers. The button areas are cut out vs covered- may not be everyone's cup of tea, but works for us. Hubby is very impressed by the durability of plastic used. So far, so happy.

I'm really happy with this case so far. As long as you're not looking for maximum protection, it's really just about perfect. It provides scratch protection and lips to keep the camera and screen off the table, and for my average-sized hands the slight bit of added depth plus the grippy matte surface actually make the 7 easier to hold. It's not bulky at all. Plus, it has a little indentation in the back for a plate for a magnet-mount. The only downside is it probably won't protect much against drops; the top and bottom are pretty exposed and there's not *much* of a lip to protect the screen. Plus I think it looks great; too many cases detract from an expensive phone by making them look like a 90s car stereo, but this blends right in to my matte black 7.

Phones slip out of my hands on a regular basis, so I need good protection for my iPhone7, but hate big bulky cases. The price on this case is so reasonable that I gave it a try, and I've been pleasantly surprised. I wasn't sure the rose color would match my iPhone 7, but it is almost dead on. As for protection, it's been great. After dropping my phone half a dozen times, there are dings in the case but not a scratch on my phone. I dropped it this week on a tile floor, and again, my phone is fine but the case cracked in one corner. The case is not broken and still usable, but I'm back for another one because at this price, there's no reason not to. Spigen wins.

I don't like putting any kind of case on my iPhone because I love the slimness and look of the caseless phone. Unfortunately, the iPhone 7 without a case doesn't give you the best grip. This case adds grip without detracting too much from the original slimness of the phone. I take care of my phone and almost never drop it. This case wouldn't protect from serious drops, especially if it falls on the top or bottom of the phone which is left exposed by this case. The main reason for this case is to make it easier to hold and allow you to set the phone down on either the front or back without the camera or screen resting directly on the surface. Why just 3 stars? As someone else mentioned, it does collect oils from your hand on the back of the case and requires you to wipe it down occasionally. Not a deal breaker. However, I also like to take the case off from time to time and allow my phone to go nude during the weekend. I probably take the case off and put it back one maybe once every other weekend during the 6 months or so that I've had it. I noticed several weeks ago though that it has developed a crack at the top right by the camera. I'm sure this is due to the removal and reapplication of the case. If you leave the case one, you will probably be fine. Summarization: Good for a slim, classy look. Adds grip. Minimal protection. Keeps camera and screen off surfaces. Collects oil from your hands on the back. Cracks near camera from repeated removals.
