Great knife to clean red snapper
Great knife to clean red snapper. This knife has a scalloped edge that works great to cut through heavy scales on snapper and it has a cover for the blade.

Great knife, very sharp and slices rib bones like butter.

Great skinner
This is a great knife for skinning large fillets. It is a bit light for cutting bones but that is not what it is meant for. Get a stiffer knife for that and use this to skin the fillets after they are separated. The cutouts on the sheath help it dry easily and make it easy to clean.

Great knife! Very sharp and stays that way! Meant for experienced knife users! Can cut a finger off real quick without proper usage.
