Yes my daughter and I both use them at night. I have always used them post part as well, instead of those horrible pad and panties the hospital supplies. I know many women who use them for periods, or post partum bleeding. .

I’m not sure about bowel incontinence. Sorry. I do know they work for fairly heavy urine incontinence. They will last for 12 hrs without leaking. Depending on amount, they may work for all needs for 4-6 hrs.

Not in the last couple of months. But I bought them anyway, because they worked.
