Fender N3 Noiseless Tele Pickups

I love tele Twang and Crunch but with true single coils you get nasty hum. (Not so much a bummer in a live show but in the studio - Yuck) These N3 pickups fix that completely. A really great crunch that backs into super clean with your light touch. You can get the best dynamic range out of these great pickups just in your fingers with your amp cranked. I love em. The tiny loss of glass on the high end is nothing to complain about when the hum and buzz just completely disappears. This is the quietest pickup of any I have ever tried that still get a really great single coil tone. These are a huge upgrade from the old SCNs and the original Noiseless. Great round sound!! These are tone monsters and in my opinion produce the best telecaster single tone out there. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is because the wiring diagram assumes they're being installed with an S-1 switch. Because I used normal pots, and not the Fender S-1 switch, it proved to be quite a challenge finding a diagram for the 3 wire connections on these pickups.

Excellent product. Can't say enough about how improved these are over Fender's original SCN pickups. Popped these into a vintage '78 tele that didnt have original pickups and have been blown away. The guitar went from a wall hanger to a main player.

It was exactly what I was looking for!! No noise on my tele ! If you are looking to record some tracks , put a set of those pick ups on your guitar . Now if you are a purist , you won't agree with my statement . Purist like the 60's cycle hum and must of the time you can hear them saying ( those pick ups don't sound like tele pick ups ) . Pay no mind . They sound like tele pickups :)

Why do people hate on the noiseless?? I love them. Seriously silent. I want a set for my Strat now. Compared to stock MIM pickups, they are way better. They sound crisp and clear with no hum!

Very nice pick-ups, now keep in mind you are still going to get some of that Tele hum, but pick-ups are well worth the up grade.

I purchased these on the recommendation of a professional guitarist. Installed them in an Ash body Telecaster that I built for fun and used a 4-way selector switch. I really like the clarity of these pickups and they are well balanced. I'm building another now and will use the same pickups.
