I like to use their packets.
I really like using Splenda even though they said it really is not good for you. However, I use one packet of Splenda in a 10 oz cup and it works out great for me. Pre diabetic.

Good in tea and Oatmeal
I don't like the way it tastes in Coffee and many other things, but I use it when it works. No, it does not cause any health problems. Do you even science?

Saved a trip to the store.
My water is not the best tasting so I add a pk of splimda and it makes it good.
