Pure Himalayan Shilajit, Original Solid, Organic Source of Fulvic Acid & Trace Minerals, Widely Used in Ayurveda (8g, Pack of 1)

I tested many Shilajit products with the pendulum and this one came out best. I purchased it for 2 things: to help heal bone in my foot after surgery last week, and for hair growth after a very unhappy haircut. The main thing is the bone healing for a crushed foot. When my Shilajit arrived, the small disc was hard like licorice and I wanted it softer. I put it in a tiny jar and added 1/8 teaspoon warm filtered water. In 2 days, the whole thing softened up very well, and is perfect now, easy to scoop with the tiny spoon. I stir it into warm water. Sometimes it doesn't want to stir off the spoon. So now I run the little metal spoon through hot water, then scoop it, and it slides off much better. This seller is very helpful, because I had a few questions about the hardness. He responded fast and helped me sort it out. I really recommend this product and people should purchase now before supply chain issues make it harder to get. I only have it for a few days, but I was in bad shape after surgery and I had energy today to go outside and went to farmer's market. My feet feel quite warm, almost hot, which is unusual for me since I have poor circulation and they are always cold. So I definitely think it is doing something. Circulation is very important for healing. Fulvic acid is in this product, and it is hard to get other ways. I would tell everyone to get this. Valentin, the seller, is also a very nice person.

First off, the packaging. Awesome. Even had a little extra as a thank you - and maybe to get rid of the bitter taste.OK, so the product. I've never had this before. I've taken three types of nootropics, and other supplements in the past. I don't feel a thing and even when I stop taking them I don't feel a thing. For this reason, I went with the solid form which is supposed to be the purest and highest concentration.So, I broke off a little piece (MAKE SURE TO KEEP IT SMALL!) I placed it under my tongue and waited for it to melt. It tastes pretty bad, but I had read reviews that stated that so I wasn't too surprised. However, within 5-10 minutes BAM! This stuff is what nootropics should feel like. I wasn't sure if I had taken a hit of Sativa or just microdosed. It's that powerful.Once, it kicked in, I laughed, and went into hyper-focus mode. Everything became a bit more clear and any brain fog I had went away. I did this both in the morning (instead of coffee) and after lunch. I personally didn't have any stomach issues. It took a little time to get used to but I think it is well worth the price and experience to at least try this. I can't speak for the rest of the products out there but this is the real deal.

This stuff is amazing for giving me a lil pep in my step and a lil extra energy on a hard work day and it is all natural. You have to take it everyday for a couple weeks before u get the full effect but a container lasts me for about a month... It takes very little. Just have to watch taking other vitamins and supplements with it cause it has basically all the minerals and vitamins that your body requires.

I only took the first dose just now, so i can't say definitively what it does. I can say, that I'm very sensitive to vibrations, and this definitely raised my vibe, physically as well as mentally. I almost didn't get it bc of the reviews stating how bad it smelled. I didn't think it was bad at all! I hate ingesting bitter things, and i tasted nothing bitter! It does taste like 1000 yo fermented organic matter however, but I've tasted worse. I'll gladly take this again twice a day even. If the bad reviews discourage you, buy it anyway, bc this could be the IT you've been searching for, bc it has been for so many people. I wanted to raise my vibe, heal and restore my body/ mind and i believe this is IT. I've tried other things like msm, b12, calcium orotate, iodine, all the vitamins, and none were it, so i have lots of unfinished products. i can already tell this shilajit is what my body has been searching for. Ps... as i write this, i can already feel my digestion is different... my mind is different. I tried thinking a bad thought to see how it felt, and it didn't have a strong effect on me like usual. I hope im not imagining all this. Will find out and update if it's effects are consistent, or even gets better with time.Update: have been taking this every day for a month now. I don't want to be without it. I drink it as my morning tea while journaling, my morning ritual. I have to decrease the dosage if i drink every day, as instructed. It just makes me happy, more productive.Update: I have given this to someone who was elderly and recently very sick, recovery time has been exponentially decreased but not out of the woods yet. Thank God I found out and tried shilajit on myself before she got sick. Now everyone is interested in what I gave her after witnessing her response.

I’ve tried an around 6 different shilajit products over the last 5 years and this is one of the best. The ones with fancy jars just don’t do what this one does. As a male it’ll make you virulent in about a week. To me that means it holds the secrete sauce!As is well known when dissolved in warm water it should not leave any impurities and I’ve tested this with attached photos.The only other product that was as good as this was from an eBay seller in Asia but it didn’t show impurities and seemed like his uncle shipped it over to him so I’m glad I’ve found this seller who I’ve used several times and will continue to do so.

I have bought Shilajit in the north of India before and this seems to be good in quality. Its expensive yes but considering you dont need to fly to India and then travel 8 hours North it's maybe not so bad! If you're buying this you probably recognise the need for it so there isnt much else to add to that. It arrives promptly. I cut mine into the required size (around the size of a pea) when it first arrives and store it in the cupboard in a freezer bag. I rub it between my fingers to remove any sharp edges from the cutting process. I leave it out for a while after this as it warms when its rolled between finger and thumb - the pea-sized doses stick together when its not had the chance to return properly to room temperature after making it round. Its certainly easier to cut when its not cold but it shouldnt be heated to make it softer. I have it in my jeans pocket for a while to raise its temperature prior to cutting. Enjoy
