Amazing quality and ease of use and adjustable
The original price in the day was 120 pound. It can be bought for a fraction of the price and it sound exactly like a high end recording mic, with on board controls it’s easy to use and quick and easy. A pop filter can help if your into asmr.

Avoid at all cost!
The software for this product is outright awful. Many cases of bricked microphones from attempting a firmware update using the provided cable. There is a consistent buzzing present which you can't get rid of. The way it's designed also makes it super awkward to mount on a boom arm with any sort of shock absorption. Ultimately, it looks cool at a distance but once you own it it's nothing but a pain.

Would recommend this for a plug and play
10/10 would recommend for an ideal plug and play situation just a nitpick when it comes to the build quality, for an almost £200 price you'd expect it to be all metal rather than metal base andmd plastic housing

Good sound and build quality.
The issue I have is that it auto unmutes when a new program accesses the microphone.

My new Voiceover Mic
Best innovative Microphone I have seen since the blue yeti. I have spent over thousands over the years on the new best microphones and most of them have been completely lack lustre in performance and sound quality. NONE of them are consistent. I have decided the microphone quality is generally quite poor, as is noise rejection. They are generally poorly directional, having immense shifts in frequency response depending how of axis you are. This radically affects recognition with even a few degrees of axis speech. But with the function of being able to direct the sound this isn’t a problem at all. It's easy to set up, merely connect the included cable into both the microphone and usb port on your PC. The instructions are very clear and briefly describes the different modes the microphone has. What I really like about it is that it also tells you what the different modes are recommended for. the "omni-directional" mode is recommended for instrumental recording, or group singing, etc. It is very user friendly towards beginners. Microphone itself is very well made. Heavy metal and has a base that is somewhat lighter, but still metal body. There are knobs for you to adjust the angle of the microphone, or even unscrew the base so that you can mount on an elevated mount. In terms of sound quality I have been using this for gaming on my pc but also I dabble in a lot of voice over work and I’m really happy with the sound quality. Its rich and really makes for a great addition to my setup. All in all a very nice mic but don’t take my word for it. Listen to the sound quality.

What a superb piece of audio equipment! Anyone who games or streams need this!
This is perhaps the best mic I've tested and used over the years, though it's not just a microphone! This is an audio input and output device with Codec inside. On the bottom of the unit is a headphone socket which you typically need to use when using this, as you then monitor your sound precisely. The latest software is referenced in the information sheet provided, direct from their website, and it's basic functions are simple enough to get started with. It has more besides though, so a read of the manual and some experimenting and you soon find your way round it. The unit has on it: USB C socket to connect to PC. Headset socket for stereo headphones. Mic Gain (level) knob. Mic mute button. System Volume knob (that adjusts the PC master volume, which is cool!). Mode switch (stereo, omnidirectional, cardioid directional from the front, bi-directional). All modes are awesome in operation. Stereo is vey sensitive between Left and Right and give the audio a real depth if you have two persons side by side making recordings or live streaming etc, the stereo separation and background noise cancelling is brilliant. Cardioid gives superb selective direction to the front, eliminating nearly all background noise from anywhere else around the mic. It really is that good! Bi-directional gives you and ability to 'interview' someone across a table with the mic in between, and again it works great to only pick the two of you up. Omnidirectional is just that, it picks up everything in the room! It's very sensitive and works great. The headset output also has stereo and surround 7.1 facilities built in which enhances 3D effect in games etc. You select which you want on the software interface. The mic audio has various noise cancellation level settings in the software too, plus graphic equaliser, making it even more tailorable for your needs. Headset output software also has graphic equaliser to make fine adjustments. In use you get the usual PC's system sounds through the headset, plus the monitoring of the mic input, making this such a useful thing for either just audio output codec, or to enable the mic input for gaming and live streaming etc... with the mic having a mute button on it makes it so easy to use when needed. What a superb bit of kit this thing is! Use this with standard stereo headphones and you have a full gaming input/output audio codec that is without doubt the best I've used so far, especially in this price bracket. At £179 at the time of this review it's perhaps not cheap but it is definitely worth the money considering the quality of it in every aspect in operation. Serious bit of kit, pretty easy to use too, seriously happy with it!
