The parts all worked well. The issue is to understand how all three parts are used before cracking open the E5470 laptop.X3YR8 mounting bracket is located away from the PCIe M.2 connector. Many resources on line.The 4270E M2X3 screws hold the bracket and the M.2 SDD in place.1X2MT thermal shield has a sticky thermal adhesive. Install the bracket and M.2 before applying the shield. Before pulling the plastic adhesive protector, place the shield. Make sure you know how it sits before pulling the shield and placing the shield. You get one clean chance. Practice by replacing the screen protector of your cell phone :-)Precise physical skills are a wasting asset. "Smart" has little to do with success. Focus. Execute.

All the parts are including. Fits perfectly with Dell Latitude E5470. Recommended!!

This did the job! We had an older Dell notebook that still had some life in it. We upgraded the RAM and we used this kit to swap the spinning disk to a 1TB Crucial NVMe SSD which made the notebook much quicker.

Perfect fit. Such an easy and cheap alternative to upgrading your HDD to an SSD. Thanks.

It's a bracket. It works. If you need one, buy it.

Heatsink fits M.2 drive I purchased however the black plastic piece for screwing down the m.2 does NOT fit/work with my Alienware M15 R5 Ryzen edition. Be aware.
