please for the love of the lord my cat almost drowned himself in this thing bc he freaked out and pulled his head into the bag cause it’s not sturdy enough got stuck in the bag and he keep going under the bath water i got him, if it’s your first time using it be veryyy careful/ nail clippers worked great though

It was very easy to get my cat into the bag. The material was really nice and the strap to carry it was an added bonus. However, the clasp to hold the strings in place after you tighten it does not hold very well. My cat only struggled for about a minute before he was able to get the strings to come loose and slip out.

I originally got this for my now late kitty Moki. She was the eldest of my 3 cats. She didn’t do well with bath time, nail trimming, bathroom area shaving. She would fight, claw, bite and jump every time it came time to getting her claws trimmed and bathed. I had to shave her bathroom area due to her being incontinent as she got older. Using the bath bag, she would struggle at first but once secured she would calm down and even fall asleep purring when I used the bath bag to shave her, wash her back paws, or trim her claws. She was still not a fan when it came to baths but she couldn’t claw or jump out of the bath tub.I used this on my neighbors rescue kitten as well because he was covered in dirt and some dog drool, their oldest dog tried grooming him like he was a puppy. He was very terrified of bath time and the bath bag was quite a bit bigger than he is so it took careful adjustments to ensure he wouldn’t hurt himself. He did wonderfully with the bath bag and only got his front legs out twice but once he was done, towel dried and hair dryer used on low heat he was happy soft and clean. They are planning on getting 2 bath bags due to having now 2 cats so it is a wonderful investment.I have 2 cats now and my younger one doesn’t do well with claw trimming and bath time so it’s still in active use.

My cat is a menace when it comes to bath time. I think he met his match. Easy to use good design but it does have poor quality fabric. But all in all I won’t get scratched when I wash him now 😊

I had a bit of hope that this product would help bath time. Both of my cats are very chill and sweet but have a time limit on certain things, like naul clippings and baths. The time limit is based on thier mood at the moment and there's never a sign we're getting close, it's just when they're done, they pounce and are off running. 0-100. With this bag, I had hoped to try to get through a whole bath in one go. But instead each cat went psycho the moment I closed the loops on the bag. I still tried and tried but ended up just taking the bag off and doing bath time like normal.

We figured this was going to be like wrestling a lion. It was the exact opposite. We put the bag on our cat and she just laid down. Put her in the kitchen sink and washed her down. Then we dried her with the bag still on and then let her out. She doesn’t seem to be holding a grudge at all. I highly recommend this.

I really wanted to leave 2 and a half stars. Is this product functional? Depends on the type of cat you have. Is it worth the money? Sure it's only a few dollars. Is it easy to use? Sure if you have a calm cat. Is it safe to us? Eh... doesn't feel to safe knowing my cat is willing to strangle itself to get out. How is the build quality? It's a mesh bag...... enough said. How is the overall health of the cat? One of my cats probably almost certainly is traumatized by this experience, she was definitely the most stressed out by this experience. She was the first to get a bath, tried to squeeze herself thru the neck hole, which ultimately she only gotten a paw thru but then started ig choking herself at the same time. Maybe I'm also traumatized from her experience. I quickly took her out and gave my boy cat a bath, which was WAY MORE CALM! He sat allowed me to wash and rinse him (a few cries here and there) but he was largely calm. I then proceeded to try my girl cat again (I Have no clue what I was thinking honestly) I gotten her in the sack, placed her in the water, and proceeded to rinse her (she still had soap on her from the first time cause she wouldn't let me finish) I rinsed her once and again somehow this time she managed to squeeze an entire leg thru the neck hole, get stuck cause the rest of her body is still in the bath smh so she slips, water splashes her face, she re-panics as i left her out and have to quickly take it off of her. I clipped their nails before their baths, nail clippers work great. would I do this again? idk it's up for debate. only reason I bathed them is cause my daughter said they stink. well now they smell great, things have calmed down and my girl cat doesn't do a shocked face when she smells my boy cats butt, so i guess i won in the end. also left with no scratches so i guess that's also great. Great idea, but it’s too big for my 8.5 lb cat. For my 12 lb cat it fit good. It was very easy to get on both of my cats. But It was too difficult to get shampoo through the net. Next time I’ll have to put the shampoo on the cat first and then put her in the bag.What would make this product better is if they had handles to make it easier to handle the cat while in the bag.The nail clippers worked really well. I haven’t tried the hand tool, tick tweezers or mask yet.Overall I’d say it was a good purchase just because you get so many good things in the set.
