Slow colon or constipation issue? Try it, you won’t regret it.
I have been taking this for years! Slow colon, so doc recommended Senna as it is a natural vegetable laxative. Does not cause any distress and keeps me regular. This works as well as the name brand and so much cheaper.

Works well and can adjust dose daily depending on results.
The product is a good one, however, I find the Senna plus ( senna + docusate) works better for my personal needs. The senna is a mild laxative and the docusate is a stool softener. The result is stimulation of the colon with easy passage of a soft stool. Be aware that you can adjust the number of tablets you take each day based on the results of the previous day’s dosage. Most people start with 2 tabs per day and evaluate whether the stool responds the way they want on a daily basis. Recommend taking additional 1 tablet each day based on desired frequency and softness of stool. Also, if diarrhea starts, senna should be held until resolved. Then start taking again starting with either 1 or 2 tabs and adjust number of tabs taken up or down in response to senna.
