I've bought about 6 pretty good backpacks within the past year for various activities, and this is by far the best. It's all about the details. This backpack is sturdy, well designed, and functional. It has two main compartments with large chrome zippers that won't snag. There's a good amount of padding inside, on the back and shoulder straps. There is also a chest strap! The shoulder straps even have little plastic loops so you can pull on them easier. The right side drink holder has a zipper so you can fully close it (for smaller containers). Inside that compartment is a strap to further hold your drink/container in place. The left side drink holder has a sturdy yet breathable liner to hold your drink in place, and it goes up quite high so even larger containers won't fall out. It's all about the details! One of my favorite features is the inside of the first main compartment contains a fully enclosed mesh zipper pocket. I find myself using this pocket perhaps the most, and am glad it zips closed all the way.Perhaps the most unique feature of this backpack is the hidden compartment on the back-side of the backpack that sits against your lower back. There's quite a bit of padding there, and it can be fully closed with the zipper, so whatever valuables you decide to hide in there will be out of sight and not jabbing against your lower back. No frills (no USB port, camelback compartment/openings, etc.), but truly a well built, sturdy, thoughtfully designed backpack which I am excited to travel with!

This product was good enough to do a second update. The bag was a secondary, but for 3 years has come to work with me every day as it is comfortable and durable. The right shoulder strap is starting to unravel slightly and the bottle holder mesh is tearing. The top handle, zippers, and overall fabric are still in great shape . Overall, this bag is still in the game!-----Update May 2019. Seller took the initiative to contact me after my poor review and activate their warranty. They shipped me a replacement backpack and it has held up great since. Upgrading rating for good product and proactive service.--I took this backpack on vacation this summer. It is a good, comfortable day pack and will hold a book, tablet, and a pair of shoes. It also fits under an airplane seat. The downside is the zipper: the small compartment zipper is already starting to fail after only a few months.

I ABSOLUTLEY love this backpack! I normally don't write reviews but I felt compelled to provide feedback. Reasoning this based on 3 catigories:The feel: when I first put on this backpack on I felt instant gratification since the cushioning provided great support on back.Quality: the material is very strong and durable. I feel like this backpack will last me for many many years.Looks: the backpack Nice and sleek enough to take to the office. I don't feel like it could be misconstrued as a school backpack.Space: the backpack doesn't have a ton of storage but I can fit my 15.6 inch laptop, laptop charger, gym shoes / cloths, and a few notepads and pens (essentials). Its a tight fit but it works. I also like how the laptop zipper is easily accessible. Furthermore I noticed my backpack has cup holder on one side and a zipper pocket on the other side -- I love this updated design (picture attached).

It's a great rugged laptop backpack, I use it everyday for college. I have a 15.6" laptop and it's a snug fit. I use the smaller side pockets for my wireless mouse and spare anker battery. The main area of the backpack is where I store my laptop and it's padded quite nicely. There is a second slot for a tablet or something along those lines. There isn't a whole lot of room for notebooks after I store my laptop and water bottle.Thankfully I only have one text book I need carry with me. After storing away my notebooks and text book, there is just barely enough room for my laptop's power brick and a pencil case. I almost forgot the coolest part of the backpack. On the back, the bottom pad, it's also a zippered pocket. I use it to store my med stick and earphones. It's just awesome. So just know that you are ordering a slim backpack.

This is actually a pretty nice bag. We bought it for a trip to eastern Europe, and loved the hidden pocket that is placed at the small of your back. We kept valuables in this pocket and felt comfortable with the security of it the whole trip. I also like the size. It is not too large, and comfortable to wear. It is advertised to fit a 15 inch laptop, but holds my 17 inch without a problem. Also holds a DSLR camera and two lenses nicely. Kind of nit picking here, but I would have given it 5 stars if it had a few more pockets on the inside for organization.

When I was looking through amazon for a new backpack for school, I knew I needed one that was of good quality and comfortable. Knowing myself, I have to find one that was slim enough where it was not too bulky when I carried it around. I came upon this backpack by a brand I never heard of and was hesitant because usually, one would be able to visually see and try it out. My main concern was if it was slim enough to my liking and be able to fit my new laptop. contemplating about the decision I decided to order it and once it arrived I was glad I did. It was everything I expected being both comfortable and good quality that will last for a long time. At this point, it has been 3 weeks since it's been in my possession.

I love the fit and size of this backpack. I was looking for something a bit smaller to force me to carry less (Used as a daily work backpack) and not break the bank. Very low profile. I haven't used the back security pocket but I wanted the option to carry travel documents and such. The added stability clip on the straps is also a great feature. This bag quickly is becoming my choice for travel so I will see how it holds up. So far it has been used for work and back.

It is a very sturdy bag with good padding for the laptop, and a useful locket just in front for a tablet. The shoulder straps are also padded, and the two external sidepockets both have an elastic strap for securing an umbrella, or water bottle etc. Inside the front compartment, the zipped mesh pocket is useful for storing bits and bobs. The hidden pocket at the rear is not deep, but it is the full width of the rucksack and therefore will easily accommodate a phone, wallet and keys. It is also padded and therefore there is no jangling of keys, or any indication it is there. The front shoulder straps also have a chest fastening if required. My only slight disappointment is that there is only one zipped internal compartment, and that is the meshed one. It would have been good to have a second enclosed internal zipped pocket, or a Velcro fastened internal pocket, just so things don't fall out if the bag gets upturned for example.

I bought this to replace a falling apart backpack that my partner was using for university everyday. She had to take her laptop in to do work, but didn't want it getting water damaged. This was a great choice, looking really good and feeling quite solid compared to thinner backpacks.The materials are well put together and can take a beating, whether from people on trains barging into it, or from the stormy weather we know and love. It's honestly one of the most reliable backpacks I've had the joys of buying, and have stolen it for myself now my partner doesn't need to use it everyday. It fits a 15 inch Macbook Pro (the old kind), an iPad Pro, lunchbox, water bottle, along with assorted pens, medicines, keys and my wallet and notepad without any issues - despite its fairly compact size.This is a great choice that I can whole heartedly recommend if you're looking for a decent but affordable backpack option for regular commutes or travelling.

After 10 months i have nothing but praise for this product.It has everything i was searching for in a new backpack, looks good in a urban/work setting, feels extra good and fits everything you will ever need.it has heen rained over, filled with all kinds of things of all shapes, dragged around and carried all the way to other continents and back.At first i wanted it for my daily commute, but it's so good i ended up using it for everything! Weekend trips, trekking escapades...10 months later not even a scratch, it literally looks like i had just bought it last week.The only con: The laptop pocket (inside the main compartment) does not fit laptops very well, laptop still fits if you dont use that part.The "secret" compartment at the lower back side is a blessing. It fits phone, wallet and keys, very cushioned so you dont feel anything.The cushioned back is very well made. no matter how full it holds wonderfully, feels comfortable, no sweating either. Great quality straps.The zippers are very strong, shame that the paint kinda fades after a while.By experience i can confirm it is waterproof; Neither rain, mud nor puddles ever ruined my precious cargo, i'd put a cover on it though.For commuting Is a must, for everything else it does the job well.I recommend it!

This bag is very comfortable to carry, distributes the weight well. Things inside are kept secure and don't move about.Only downside is there isn't as much space inside as I'd hoped, but then again I did want to take an awful lot of stuff in to uni.I'd take a laptop, note books, pencil case, all sorts of bits and bobs, and then squeeze a long thin lunch box in too. Also could fit a water-bottle or flask in the side.I wouldn't say it was 'Theft-proof' but it's definitely quite secure. The straps seem thick enough to not be quickly cut through, and the zips are tucked away a little. There is also a little compartment on the back of the bag (so, against your back) where you can put keys, maybe a passport etc.I believe it's quite water resistant, it was much more waterproof than my last bag, so I could go out in moderate rain and not have to worry about my laptop.It's comfortable to have on your back all day, I used to cycle with it on and the weight distribution was great.

I've had this product for a few months now (I wanted to give an accurate/honest review).It's good quality. Sturdy. Comfortable. Well padded. Protects my stuff from the rain. Provides enough space for my work gear, 2-3 days clothes and my washbag (which was exactly what I needed, for when I get sent on business trips).Occasionally the main compartments zipper will get stuck, when trying to close it (even when the bag is virtually empty). Which might just affect me.I'd say this bag is much better suited for colder/wetter days. The pads on the straps and back cause you to perspire in warmer weather (I've had very visible sweat patches, only where the pads are, after walking to / from work). However, if it's any consolation, the ventilation between the pads is great!
