works as stated
We live in a home with older plaster walls and we were reticent to hang any of our artwork. Luckily this home had a railing in place. We purchased one pack of these and find the solution very stable and easy to use. Just ordered a second pack to be able to display some family pictures. Disliked the price but was unable to find any product like this. The white hooks look nice on our painted rail.

Easy to set up and very sturdy.
These picture frame hangars are great! I have very strong picture frame moulding all around my old house and using these is much better than trying to find studs in plaster walls and the subsequent process of putting nails through plaster. These hooks are also easy to adjust and move around when you want to move pictures around your home. The perlon cord is strong and leave no doubt that they'll support the weight of the picture you're hanging.

Great method to try out art arrangements.
I have picture molding in my 1925 NYC apartment with plaster walls. This system allows me to hang art without making holes in my walls. If I decide I don't like my arrangement of pictures, I can move them or adjust their hight on the wall in a matter of minutes. On the downside, all picture frames tilt downward to some extent. Adjusting the length of the picture wire can reduce the tilt somewhat. However, with some of my art, the tilt was too obvious and unattractive to use the system. The materials seem to be of good quality and are well designed to do the job.

So easy!
Four pictures hung, by myself, in an hour. Had tried using a different company's product; the one painting I was finally able to hang slid down the cord in no time. STAS moulding hooks are more stable and the zipper hooks are excellent. Trick with the zipper hooks is to push the lever on the side IN to thread the cord through, not out. Counterintuitive, but that is how it works. Instructions made no sense, written for some product which uses a light bulb. Still, a great product!

These things are GREAT!
I've used picture hanging hooks off and on for years. These things are so much easier than what Iv'e been used to. I can move them around, up, down, or multiple on one cord without having to cut the wire and shorten/lengthen the wire. The clear cords are barely visible, yet visible enough to make a statement. I'm about to get a couple more four packs and redo the entire house. I prefer the clear cords to the metal wire, and the 33 pound limit is not too much of an issue, but I do want a few larger pieces secured by two, and it takes a bit. mostly make sure the wire on the back of the piece is tight, with little or no slack in it and you can space two of these a part a little more.

I love These❤️
It’s easy for you to do by yourself with little or no measurements. You can just move them around and no holes in the wall. Yay.

good quality and attractive appearance
I recently moved into a home with plaster walls and was concerned about cracking the walls while hanging nails. After some research I realized that the molding around our rooms was actually picture hanging rails! (The 1/4 inch from the ceiling should have given it away, but we had never seen picture rails before so we just thought they were oddly installed moldings.) I went back and forth about the expense of the hanging sets with the zipper hooks, but I am glad I bought them. We now have about 10 different things installed using this system. They are VERY easy to use and just as easy to move around. I even have more than one piece of art hanging from some of the cords with no problem. I added small felt pads to the bottom corner of each piece to keep them from going crooked. The only complaint I have is that small or lighter pieces don't lay very nicely against the wall but someone gave me the tip of adding small 3M command strips behind those pieces to help display them the way that I envisioned.

Easy, convenient, flexible, but not perfect
It's great to have such a simple way to hang pictures from existing moulding without needing to put any nails in the walls. Move or remove it just as easily. Holds securely without damaging the moulding or the wall. You can hang multiple frames from the same line, and adjust the number and height of the hooks any time. Works perfectly for my 8.5x11 stuff.However... For my larger (28w x 22.5h) painting, I had to tape the line to the wall to keep the frame from pulling away, leaving the painting hanging at a steep downward angle. I had to use a lot of heavy duty tape, too. Basically, the weight of the frame pulls the line forward, away from the wall. So the bottom of the frame is against the wall while the top is several inches forward.Another reason to use tape (which will be hidden behind the picture you're hanging) is that the line is otherwise free to swing back and forth (if you nudge the frame, for example).
