Bought for my friend who was going back into hospital, which was a godsend,as almost impossible getting through to the ward.Wrote all his numbers on a card as he wouldn't manage the menu, it couldn't get much easier than that. £4 SIM so very pleased.

I needed an independent phone that my wife could use in an emergency, particularly in the event that we lost our landline connection.This is perfect. My wife is about as technophobic as one could get, and she's comfortable using it. I chose the phone that has the charging cradle to make life even simpler for her.

Nice phone , bought for elderly relative but unfortunately her sim card dosent work in it, needs to be a 2g sim card.

Charge the phone for 8 hours after receiving it. It only took 1 day to indicate that the battery level is unknown, and the battery is not as durable as promised. This is a big trouble for an elderly person.

This is really fantastic for the price. I bought it for my elderly mother during a stay in hospital, and she was able to use it. Good, loud ring tone, and a voice that speaks the numbers for anyone with a visual impairment. Simple and easy to use. Very happy with my purchase.
