Works as anticipated. I’m very sensitive and anxious/paranoid, I avoid medication and supplements (besides gummy vitamins) at all costs because I’m scared of side effects. Had a mild yeast infection for the first time, was gonna try oregano oil but was scared of how strong people said it was. I tried this out and so far it’s done good, my bloating has gone down, itchy scalp/skin has gone, yeast infection gone, and my bowel movements are more balanced (often I have constipation). I only take 1 a day after breakfast with lots of water. Only “side effect” was the first time I go to the bathroom after taking this, my urine turns green lol.

This is a good product for helping to restore small intestinal balance in addition to dietary changes

i felt a noticeable difference, but i had also cut out sugar and yeast from my diet at the same time. i was still very waking these when i let off the diet and then got another yeast infection. i think these aid well with a certain diet but may not work great on their own

I didn’t really use these for candida as much as for an overall “tonic”. I loved the ingredients and was having some sugar issues and gut issues and decided to give these a try. I keep them on hand now for viruses and general maintenance. Candida is generally a bigger issue for females, so I feel it helps me prevent yeast infections. I haven’t had any side effects from taking these, and I have felt a decrease in sugar cravings and bloating. I took an entire bottle of them for 30 days and then bought a second bottle for maintenance.

I like this formula. It is not as harsh as some I have used. There is no taste, at least for me.
