Superb value keyboard
The media could not be loaded. I got this keyboard at £37.99 but I can see it has increased to £44.99 now. It's my first mechanical keyboard so I can't compare or reference against any other brands/models. What I can say is that I have been very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this keyboard. As a newcomer to PC gaming my priorities were to find something cheap in case I couldn't get on with KBM, and something with red switches (my research suggested these would be best for me over blue or brown). Packaging was fine, with just the keyboard and a palm rest in the box (no key puller). The top of the keyboard has a very aesthetically pleasing matte aluminium finish on the top, with plastic on the bottom. The caps are black plastic with a more traditional font used than some of the other 'budget' mechanical keyboards I saw when searching - much preferred by me. The quality of the finish is seriously impressive for the price apart from the palm rest, which is a rather cheap looking and feeling hard plastic and i have just left it in the box.I installed the software from the Oversteel website and had a fiddle with the RGB settings, you can also change these directly from the keyboard if you don't want to install the software. Personally I'm not bothered about RGB so I just use the 'breathe' setting, but there are all sorts of fancy effects if that is your bag. You can also turn it off if you want. The keys/switches themselves are great to use although there is a slight metallic resonance if you hit the keys hard - it's not particularly loud and I only notice it if I am listening for it.Another reviewer mentioned that they had to unplug and plug the keyboard in every time they rebooted their PC - I also had this issue initially but after attempting to update the drivers (Windows didn't actually seem to update ) it has been perfect and I no longer need to do this.Overall I'm delighted with it, and I would get another no hesitation if i needed to, even at the new higher price! I also got the Magnox mouse from Oversteel at the same time and this is also great quality for the price!

Great build quality
I bought this at a reduced price and didn't expect great quality for the price I paid, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Great build quality, lots of customization options and the mechanical keys give it much more tactility than non-mechanical keys. Plus the backlit lettering means I won't have the problem of the letttering wearing off after a couple of months as I've experienced with other keyboards. A good keyboard and great value for money!

Unbeatable for the money
Really impressed with this, as it has all the specs I was after.Pros- The Red switches feel great to type on and very responsive.- The RGB lighting is really impressive, easily my favourite feature.- The software is great. I had to do a bit of digging to find it off their website but it lets you tweak each lighting profile, and make your own preset by manually selecting the keys. The software also allows you to remap keys and create macros.- Built well enough to withstand a beatingCons- Plastic feels a bit cheap on the back of the keyboard, and on the palm rest.- The metal plate resonates quite loudly when typing, but could dampen it with a bit of foam.- I'm not sure if it's my system or not, but I have to reinsert the USB every time my system boots up. I'd rate this keyboard 5 stars if not for this issue, though it's not a huge deal for me as it takes a second via a USB hub on my desk.

Keyboard is way too good for £17.50
At the time of review (12/12/24) the keyboard is £17.50, it has red switches, individual keycap rgb, it's robust and has a removable palm rest, the cable is good quality and the software is good (better than razers bloatware). Feels like a £100+ keyboard, and even though its "spanish layout", 95% of the keyboard is standard

Received the Spanish version
The keyboard itself looks and feels very nice while typing. It appears to be well made and has that satisfying clickety clack of a mechanical keyboard. The RGB is decent enough and while I would like a little more customisation I'm aware that for the price point I can't expect too much. There is also a good amount of space between the keys without the keyboard being too cumbersome, making it an easy typing experience. The main reason it has 1 star is because, like a number of other reviewers, I was sent a Spanish layout instead of the UK version I was supposed to get. Amazon did arrange for a return and refund, so I'm not out of pocket, but they didn't seem to be able to do anything to investigate why so many customers are getting the wrong layout from the UK specification in the item description. I'd therefore be tempted to steer clear of getting this particular keyboard, at least until Amazon make certain they won't send out the wrong layout, requiring the customer to send it back and search for a different keyboard.

Great keyboard, not so great service
This is a very well built keyboard, feels much more expensive than it actually is,the rgb is decently bright with a kit of pre configured lighting modes, and the red switches feel and sound great.Returning because I ordered a UK layout keyboard but received an Italian one instead, and other people have had this issue, so just bare in mind

Amazing value keyboard
I bought for £20.99 after keeping an eye on the price for a while and simply put, for that price YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG!there is a slight metallic ping when the keycaps bottom out against the metal plate, but this is easily fixed with o rings which will cost no less then a couple of quid. The software and driver updates are an absolute must as there are lots of lighting presets and the ability to create your own. Will be be buying at least a couple more of these keyboards while the price is so low! A very happy gamer
