Parrot Training Perch Kit (Standard, Small)

All I can say is WOW!! These perches are solid, made in America! . Not cheap but that’s kinda the point. Only need to purchase 1 time. Mr. Sazhin the Parrot Wizard seems to really know his stuff. I now have his beak file, practice perches and his book plus his target stick and clicker were included. Still gotta watch the included DVD. My baby Senigal parrot 🦜 will love this stuff when she is weaned from syringe feedings.

These stands are a must have! I was worried they would wobble but they are very sturdy. The base is nice and heavy and my birds love the perch!. The customer service is excellent as well. I had an issue with one of my perches not fitting right on the stand and he was very kind and sent me replacement parts promptly! These perches/stands are great and easy to move around the house. I love that the wood is grooved so it makes it not so slippery for their feet. Definitely glad I purchased these!

I rarely write a review but this one deserves it. What a high quality set of perches! It was so easy to assemble, support easy to keep clean, extremely sturdy and made to last! I got the t-bar set and it's great for my macaw! My only they is that I wish I'd bought them sooner!

I have two of the large T perches. I use them for training my Congo African Grey and Blue Front Amazon. I had seen the Parrot Wizard using them for recall training and that is why I had purchased them. The only issues I have had is that they are a little unstable due to being so tall. My birds have learned to adjust to the instability which has actually made them more confident I believe (especially with my Blue Front Amazon, she was afraid to step on it at first from her cage, now she has no issue). Secondly, the wood is a little slick, which can cause your bird to fall at times (only when jumping or landing on it). My amazon started chewing on one of the perches which actually made it rougher and made it easier to grip. I guess I could try putting vet wrap tape on it so they could get more of a grip. So, I just have my birds recalling to me instead of the perch. That's what the end goal is anyway. They are great to have your bird perch on. You can move them anywhere in the house. The height can be adjusted.

First the good. It has a telescopic pole for the perch. The base is made of steel. The perch is a good size for my Catalina macaw. You also get a wood chew toy for your birdThe bad. the price of the perch is high so you most likely paid for that chew toy. The base, although heavy its not heavy enough for the stand to be stable when my bird is landing and taking off. The perch attaches to the pole by screw SO what can/has happened is when my bird takes off or lands the perch slowly unscrews. This makes the perch VERY unstable. In my case my bird didn't want to use it BUT the soldier in me said when she really starts to fly she may land in a tree on an UNSTABKE branch so although this training perch sux I chose to keep it. I did put in a refund and believe the window is still open for a few days but I won't return it.Keep in mind you will need to check occasionally that the perch is screwed on tightly. No problems with the pole slipping or coming off the base

My family is a big fan of Parrot Wizard's merchandise. They are all well made and exactly know what is best for the parrot. I purchased T-perches medium for our one-year-old Galah, and they are perfect - good size and not too heavy yet stable. NU perches are good for parrot's feet. Also, DVD and a clicker & target stick included. We use them every day and our Galah seems to enjoy training on them. We are definitely having fun. Highly recommended.

I never do reviews but these guys deserve a few minutes of my time. This is the second product I bought from Parrot Wizard and the quality is great. Even the quality of the packaging is good. You can tell they care about their product quality. I don't mind paying for good things and they nailed it in terms of value!

My CAG feared it for some time but now he loves this perch very much.We train in flight and stationing.Recommanded training perch.
