USA Pan Bakeware Aluminized Steel Biscotti Pan

I love this pan! The size and weight are perfect and the capacity for baking biscotti is a game changer! It is sturdy and is so easy to clean. After several uses the pan is still like new and doesn't have that stickiness that sometimes develops with age. I have several of the USA Bakeware pans and I can say they are a very good value and I highly recommend them!

Like all USA pans, this one is ultra sturdy and well made. While designed as a discontinued pan, it's a great little size with many uses.

This USA Pan is perfect for biscotti or small-batch breakfast cakes, foccaccia, or brownies. It is aluminized steel with a non-stick coating and does not warp. It is easy to clean with a sponge and soapy water.

The pan is good quality. As a biscotti pan it does help with keeping consistently sized biscotti, but they tend to be larger than the recipes call for, resulting in just one batch vs the two I would get with a cookie sheet.

I've baked biscotti for years and always formed the logs on a parchment lined half sheet pan. I made my standard recipe , plain with no add ins to test this pan. The resulting biscotti were remarkably different than the hand formed logs. The log/loaf released beautifully and sliced cleanly after a 15 min. cool. Pan should work well for polenta, brownies, and other bar cookies. I purchased two of to add to the USA Pan collection.

I make biscotti all the time- used to use a cookie sheet but this pan is fabulous. The trick with the US Pans is to order them by themselves on at a time. Amazon packaging is so bad I had to send a couple other pans back because they got scraped so badly on the way- so I ordered this by itself. So glad I did. My biscotti have never been better. Heat distribution is great and the form factor is PERFECT. Also, it's a snap to clean. Very heavy duty pan. I am looking forward to baking many hundreds of mixes of biscotti in this!

High quality and well made, works great - the nonstick coating really does make it very easy to clean up.

Perfect for Scottish shortbreads

I use this as multipurpose pan. Excellent for making hot dog buns ( won't be as good as the hot dog bun pan from USA pan) , rectangular Foccacia, or cookies. Just use your imagination. Expensive but worth it. Take proper care in mild washing and immediately wipe dry and will last for decades and still look BEAUTIFUL:)

I have a few USA pans. They are good quality, sturdy and made in the USA. These biscotti pans are perfect for biscotti. I haven’t tried them for anything else yet. The design does make them a slight challenge to clean, but nothing that a little soak and a brush can’t solve. Well worth the investment
