Programmable Smart Electric Pressure Cooker 6 Qt

I love my OUUO Programmable Smart Electric Pressure Cooker! The 1000 watts of power and 6 liter capacity are excellent for everything I've wanted to cook. The stainless steel exterior matches my other appliances and the stainless inner pot is easy to clean. The pre-programmed cooking programs make it much easier to use as I didn't need to look at a set of directions each time I cooked something different. I especially like the delayed cooking feature with timer as it makes it easy to put items in the cooker the night before and have my food ready in the morning or after I return home from work, saving me time and hassle. The blue LED and direct touch menu are another nice feature.

This pressure cooker was lovely to look at, and despite having to guess at settings a lot because the menus were complicated and the manual was kind of awful, I fell completely in love with this machine. Unfortunately, after 3 1/2 months of ownership, it completely died in the middle of use last night. The screen lights went out and never came back on, and it's just a useless hunk of junk now. I emailed the company but have yet to hear back, and I am devastated that it is too late to return this directly to Amazon.

Appears to be a good product, I hadn't had time to use it as yet! But if there is a problem I will contact you. I have used pressure cookers for many years and I love them. It has many features that my previous ones didn't have so I'm looking forward to trying them all.

Update... So after posting the review below, the company contacted me. They were very nice and although I returned my pressure cooker they sent me another one. I haven't had the chance to try it out but I appreciate their customer service. So thank you!!! I will update again once I try the new one.Received mine today. I was so excited. Manual is awful very little actual instruction on how to use it. I watched a video on YouTube did what the guy did and after a few minutes I get an error code E6. Tried to find a website for company, it keeps saying it can't connect, called the number I found for customer service and no answer, not even a recording. It tells you to go to their faq page, doesn't exist. Mine is going back.

I like my pressure cooker. It does well I have no issues with the lid or anything (thus far... sorry pessimist here).The cooker itself is pretty awesome. The menus can be daunting SPECIALLY since the instruction manual/recipe books don't really explain or do a good job of telling how how each of the functions cycles. For example: the OUUO pressure cooker has a cake function yet when you look at the instruction manual it states that it's for making cakes and that you want to visit their website to find further instructions and recipes. Well I scoured the site I didn't find a section of recipes or further instructions on that setting or any of the others. I emailed and a week later I have yet to hear back. It's a little annoying but not the end of the world. So I'm experimenting with the settings. I'm also assuming the functions are similarly programmed as the competitors InstaPot. So far I followed a recipe for chicken bone broth (pictured) meant for the InstaPot to the letter and the resulting broth was amazing! The settings seemed to correspond for this recipe (soup setting, then soup setting switched down to low pressure).I am going to be contacting the company again to see where I can purchase a separate lid seal so that I can try my hand at making yogurt. This is another setting I expect to have to blunder through with a lernjng curve since it's not explained in the instructions. Most InstaPot recipes I've seen call for a boil cycle or 4 and for a resting period in some kind of lukewarm setting for 8-12 hours. I really wish understood how this machines yogurt setting was set to function so I could either follow an InstaPot recipe or adapt it as needed.Either way when making this purchase I didn't think the brand would matter and things could be easily figured out and it would if the instruction book was clearer. I still like this pressure cooker. It's just really daunting to think about trying a new setting with out understanding it and possibly ruining a meal, sorry but I don't have the budget to throw away food like that. I will have to look up the InstaPot instructions to see just how different they are. If given another chance and equal price points I might go with the fad of the InstaPot specially if the instructions are easier to read.

It's a beautiful cooker! It arrived in a timely manner! However, it arrived (dent) damaged probably due to mishandling during transportation... A replacement was sent by the seller which arrived in 3 days! I am very pleased with the sellers customer service and I'm very pleased with the pressure cooker! It's AMAZING! It's very easy to operate and it saves a lot of cooking time! I am not a cooking professional but I cook for my personal pleasure! I definitely recommend this item...

I just ordered this it looks to have the features I want in a cooker. I could not find but one review as it seems this is a pretty new product so I hope I love it and it lives up to my standards, I will be adding my review after it gets here and I use it, one of the first things will be homemade yogurt. I must say I feel like I am stepping out on a limb here with such little reviews so fingers crossed. Here are two yogurt Pictures at different Stages.My Greek yogurt this morning, I'm thrilled with the Yogurt function. Well I spoke to soon I keep getting E4 and no support as to what that means and all of a sudden my lid is really loose, it lasted about a good week and then all this started. Another problem is their seems to be no support at a web site not only for this but for all the web info there is none...... Next week Im sending this unit back and getting a different brand with some support behind it. Update the company has offered to send me a new unit so I am going to take that option They arearranging shipping, so thank OUUO I look forward to this and give it another shot.. I hope to have it to make my next batch of Yogurt it is dissapearing fast, as I Am up a creek right now and no Whey to make my Goodies. I am waiting for a new cooker to arrive.
