I love my toaster, except for that it toasts on both sides on the bagel setting.. why???? I hate that part of it!!*** Update *** even though the Bagel setting did not work the company has made it right!! They sent me a new toaster, the second toaster bagel setting is not working either..but even so the company kindly refunded me.Thank thank you for all your helping in making this situation right. I do love my toaster.I definitely move the way it looks. It's beautiful. When i'm ready to buy another toaster, I will definitely turn to your company.

I must buy color is beautiful. I got a sea foam color works wonderfully better than any other toaster I’ve gotten.

03 03 25 Update: I would change from 3 star to 4 star review for this item. he seller reached out to me and made a very good faith and sustained effort to resolve the issue. I am satisfied that the seller ia qilling to go to such lengths to resolve the issue.Initial review:This toaster is attractive and has features which are good in concept. However, the actual performance is poor. My main complaint is that the heat is very uneven leaving slice of bread with toasted "stripes". Unfortunately, I went on an extended travel right after receiving it, and did not have time to test it until my return, which was after the date to return for refund. I do not recommend.

In the last 25 years we have never seen a Toaster toast as evenly on both sides of a piece of bread as this Toaster does.

This toaster is great. Stylish and toasts to perfection. Goes great with my other appliances and I love the cancel feature and keep warm feature.

I took some quality time looking for my replacement toaster. Within a month I had two previous toasters quit their one job - toasting.First, I looked for space saving toasters and digital toasters and a plethora of toasters with other advanced features. What did they all suffer from in reviews? They failed to toast reliably!Then, I came across this wonderful analog toaster in its resplendent retro form colored in Cozy Greenish. I saw its form and found myself smiling! And then, I went to the reviews to find that it was actually known for toasting really well! I looked further at the photos of the toaster in various settings with other Bydeem products. They were simply beautiful and calming to behold. I felt stress melting away. Then, I bought the toaster and I found that I was so excited that it was on its way to my home! I had finally found my Happy Toaster!After receiving my Happy Toaster I couldn’t wait to try it out. I was not disappointed one bit. The color and shape were just as I anticipated. But the happiest part? I made and continue to pleased by making wonderfully controlled toasted bread, bagels, and muffins - I am truly happy!Thank you Bydeem for my Happy Toaster! 😄
