Great new workout.
1. The workout equipment is really nice. I’ve used it once with the one YouTube workout I found and enjoy the workout.2. They are a little complicated so you will need a DVD. This set does NOT come with a physical dvd even though the description hints that it might.

I have been in love with how much thought went into design. The p.bands make resistance band exercise super easy and the P.ball really works some of the muscles you can miss effortlessly.
