Got this because I wanted to remember my dreams more and attempting to “manifest” something to dream about to become real? Guess you could say I also wanted to use this for goals too, it’s cool cause there’s prompts and reflections to remember in the moment in such when dreaming which is cool, but I don’t use it as much as I should
