Super product for wine making at home
I got it in perfect condition. Using it was fun. There was a number on which I had good WA interaction.I was full of apprehension as I was making wine for the first time. But it turned out just fine. I am still perfecting it.

Has it’s advantages and disadvantages
For the price the quality of the carboy is good, the materials included are reliable but could be better by including a siphon, a hydrometer and some yeast nutrients which are difficult to find. Overall I’m quite happy with how my mead has turned out.

A good fermentation bottle
They supplied everything. Addition of a hydrometer would be very useful.Just used for a practical class in college and it worked fine.

Fantastic product - Responsive Seller
The media could not be loaded. Writing this review after using the same.Product packed to the best of perfection and no way that there would be any damage. Not just the jar, the add on airlock, yeast and also no-rinse sanitiser are of the best possible quality. The seller is very responsive and responded immediately for my query on the sanitiser.I initially had a doubt on the yeast, but the seller gave me super confident answer about the effectiveness of the yeast they provided. Yeast kicked in the activity after 24 hours like a charm. The simple instructions provided along with the package is super clear for people who are first timers. Worth buying this and you would enjoy the fun. Of course, it is as a hobby for fun, yet one would get the real final product. Thanks Gutbasket

Poor quality bottle
Bottle broke while brewing for the first time. as you can see the crack is at the joint. This is very poor quality. very disappointed after paying premium for a glass jar that did not last a month-update : Gutbasket reached out to me acknowledging issue with a certain batch of jars. my jar was replaced and i appreciate the fact that the seller has taken the endeavor to reach out and fix the issue. i have not yet brewed with the replacement jar but i hope this one will last longer.

Good product but fragile !
It was received as described in good packing but was not stable enough when kept to dry in the sun and it broke!I was tempted to return and claim it was received broken but my conscience would not allow this.So my advice to buyers is HANDLE WITH CARE .... breaks easily !!

Not Value for Money
Basic kit, not value for money. However, I've made a small batch mango wine and with a bit of preparation, it's quite useful. Glass jar seems to be of good quality and hopefully wine yeast, sanitizer are worth the hefty price. If you procure from local sources and DIY the grommet on the lid, you can get the item for 500-600 rupees or lesser.

Container is not airtight!
The media could not be loaded. So I decided to make some ginger beer in this fermenter. The product collection was good. I got a sanitisation kit as well as some yeast along with it. Initially I was happy with the product I received as it was a complete kit for brewing. But three days later, I checked the airlock and there was no activity even though my beer showed good signs of fermentation. You can also see the video that the beer is making good amount of bubbles, and I checked the cap for good measure, but still airlock had no activity whatsoever. This means only one thing that the container is leaking air! Because only when the air is leaking from someplace else, the airlock would not show any activity.
