I bought this because I purchased a refurbished Xbox Series S on Amazon. The fan works great and the noise it makes is barely audible. I also like how it comes with 2 rechargeable battery packs that fit the Series S controllers and the controllers fit perfectly on the charger. It keeps all my gaming stuff organized and in one location and is quite pleasing to the eye. Overall I recommend trying this. Does exactly what it’s advertised to do.

I bought this several months ago, maybe a year, and for as long as I have had it it’s worked flawlessly! Cools the Xbox while I play for an extended play time, charges unused controllers that I can swap with, rechargeable battery lasts for several days of continuous use! Great product!

Everything works and the fan is silent

I love that it came with batteries and it shows on the stand when they are charged. They can be plugged in alone or you can attach the whole controller with the battery installed and let it charge that way.It operates off of a USB-C type oval end charging cable. The fan can be turned off if you like when the Xbox is off, for example. If the fan is left on, there is a little hum noise to get used to and I cannot tell if it is actually keeping my Xbox cooler as the air that flows out of the large round vent is very warm. I love that my Xbox fit into it well however and everything is neat and tidy, taking up much less space than my old Xbox. Also it offers a little piece for hanging my headphones on.

So far this has been great it keeps my Xbox cool keeps controllers charged. I don’t use the headset stand but that’s great too. Great to have if u use headset. Small enough to fit anywhere

Purchased this over a year ago for my son, and it is still in use, so why the 3 stars, why not 4 or 5?The battery packs, while they hold a mediocre charge, not great for lengthy gaming, but being able to plug in a USB C cable directly into the battery mitigates that issue a little.The bigger issue with the battery pack is how feebly the clips hold it in place on the controller. My son was playing one day and the battery just fell out. Upon inspection, we noticed that one of the clips had bent and the other was missing. After that his controller started rattling, I thought his controller was broken. Nope. Turns out one clip was INSIDE the controller.So now we are using tape to hold the batteries in place, yes I said batteries as it happened to both battery packs.
