Love this product. I have dispensed with all other food storage containers. The square shape enables me to optimally use the space in my refrigerator. These are security containers, which helps my husband from getting his food poached at work. :-) One of the corners has to be broken off in order to open the lid easily. If the lid is on firmly no leaking. Soups, stocks, and sauces are very happy in the freezer. I am not sure of the "cheap material" reference in other reviews. The only time I have lost a container is when I dropped a frozen soup. Yes, the plastic cracked It happens, but rarely.

I am amazed at how good these are for food storage. I bought them because they were square and as such, more space efficient. I was skeptical about them being dishwasher safe (the are!) and microwave safe (they are!), and hesitant about them staining easily, like most of the "premium" rubber food storage containers (they don't stain). We've put hot oily red spaghetti sauce in a container, frozen it, heated it back up in the microwave, and cleaned it easily with a little dishwashing liquid followed by the dishwasher - no stains. They are inexpensive enough to drop off food to friends and neighbors, and not worry about getting them, back. So, I will run low, but certainly will replenish my supply. Great Product!

I have bought these exact containers three previous times. What I received with my fourth purchase IS NOT what is pictured on Amazon and is noticeably different from the three previous purchases!!? The seller has changed manufacturers and the containers that you will receive without changing the pictures n the product listing. The quality of the new manufacturers containers is substantially lower, and the material that they are made from is much thinner, making them very flimsy. Once the lid is removed, the contents will spill if you pick up the container. This was not the case with the container that is pictured! The containers and lids for the new design DO NOT fit and ARE NOT compatible with the containers and lids from the previous design and vice-versa!!! The new design does not stack on the old containers properly, and the capacity is slightly different between the two designs!!

Great size and shape. Love that you can see everything in them so clear. Only thing is they are hard to open but they one corner tab that you break off so makes for easy open

Perfect size, but the lids are very hard to remove. The one corner breaks off of the container, and I think it's supposed to help lift off the lid but doesn't really help much. Other than the lid situation, they work very well for the intended purpose...to freeze home-made dog food. They stack in the freezer perfectly and also work well in the refrigerator.

I have finally found a low cost durable container to put my honey in! These work great for putting honey in, they dont leak and are very strong containers and the price is excellent!!
