Good product. Except, someone over killed on wrapping the entire mop ,top to bottom , in a ridiculous amount of plastic. Horrible trying to remove. A sealed box would be much simpler and efficient.

I thought it would really work as well as the smaller hand held erasers i used it on a commercial floor but the place is not a big place I thought it would really take off a lot of the scuff marks and other marks on the floor. The small erasers really work better. If they can make one that is more better made for larger areas like the hand held erasers it would work really well . I especially like the brand new erasers that cam out.

This cleaning mop makes cleaning the underside of our awning so much easier. It is wonderful. When used with the proper cleaner, the dirt, mildew, and general ick are cleaned off like magic. There is some staining from the mildew but no actual residue. It is easy to use, makes it easy to reach the underside of the awning as the length of the handle is just the right fit under the awning, and the product seems to be very durable and of a high quality. Here's to a clean awning!

I wash floors with this mop head because it allows me to exert pressure when and where needed. It is not carried in all stores so I order it online. Product came on time. Would do business with this seller again.
