Q: Do they last in the rain?

We used them this past week in the rain. They held up fine for the event but by morning some fell over. They are sturdier than a lot I have seen. We bought the water submersible floating LED lights (also on Amazon) for them and they worked beautifully in the rain.

Q: do these bags stay upright indoors with only a tea light or do they have to be weighted?

I used them inside on a stage with a 1 tea light in the bag and that worked just fine. It does not need to be weighted indoors.
