I Love this Heating Pad. It has helped soothe my sore knees. The temperature when heating the pad is just right and will last the full 20 mins. There is a slight smell to it when you take it out of the microwave but overall it does what its supposed to do. Highly recommend it!

I like the idea of putting it in the microwave. They are way to big for my bird legs. The straps are great. They do not stay heated for long. The first time it was 22 minutes the 2nd time was 15 minutes. I put it in the microwave for 2 minutes. Great for the first few minutes after that no more heat. I do like them but I need more heat time.

These give wonderful, moist heat. Far superior superior to the gel heat packs. I cannot understand why they had a frequent return rating. I searched for heating pads with seed, or other than gel, filling. These were the only ones I could find. They are bulky but, at the same time, they treat a larger area. And the heat is so soothing.

Bought these for my grandma as a Christmas present. They make her happy and her knees not hurt while she watches tv so you get 5 stars

These are advertised as suitable for elbows, but they aren’t. I could barely get the velcro straps tight enough to not have them slide around on my arm. So the long straps were between the skin and heat pack, blocking some of the heat, and making them less comfortable. Plus the middle of the heat pack wouldn’t lay flush against my skin since it was so large. I have smaller diameter arms, but not unusually so for an adult female. They shouldn’t advertise these for elbows, and consider making a separate smaller option for elbows, or different sizes of this model. The actual product is nice though. Easy to heat up, even heat throughout, not too stinky (some of these buckwheat types are), stays warm enough for a 10 minute heat session as recommended by my physical therapist, and soft plush fabric (the inside less so than the outside, but that’s good so it doesn’t get as sweaty). Only other complaint is the velcro is super heavy duty so it’s tough to peel apart, and loud.

These are great. I used a dish towel cloth under one and placed it in the microwave. I have a wide microwave and didn’t have to fold it when heating. 120 seconds then turn over unit and sit on cloth for 60 seconds more worked for me. I took one out with the cloth and with cloth on the bottom placed over my pants covering my knee. The heat lasted for 20mins. I also turned it over during that time. If you want more heat you could do 120 seconds and flip to do another 120 seconds. You need to be careful that it is not too hot to burn your skin even through the pants and dish towel cloth.

The heating pads started to burn at the seams. The contents started coming out.

They do as they say only takes seconds and the knees are warm and cosy. Just what my hubby needs as he has that dreaded arthritis just wish Arthur would keep it. He loves the warmth and he says he would recommend. Delivery on time too.

These work wonderfully, however, it doesn't wrap (with heat; like it looks in the picture), all the way around. But I do like the velcro straps to help tighten the heated area. Also: don't try to walk with these on. Just relax and keep your legs/ feet up

These are great for knee pain relief and I use them every morning and evening now. They are really soft and the quality was better than I expected for the price, especially given this product comes with two wrap-around knee heat pads. The straps allow me to wrap the heat pad around my knee and secure it in place where the pain is at its worst which really helps with stiffness and soreness and saves me from having to hold the heat pad in place. The straps are long enough too for all body shapes and sizes. I usually heat in the microwave for about 90 seconds to get 20-25 minutes of heat. The only issue I found is that you can't walk around easily with the knee pad on, so I only use it while sitting or lying down. Overall, I highly recommend this product. It's reusable, mess free and gives great pain relief.
