$300 timer starts indicating low battery and then it finally dies. There’s NO BATTERY! It’s plugged into the wall! EMAILED SUPPORT AND THEY SENT OUT NEW MOUNTS AND NEW POWER SUPPLY. Fixed! Horrible error code, excellent customer service.

The media could not be loaded. Recently purchased product recieved may 10th, waited about a day or two to hang in my gym. By May 13th Tried testing running it but for some reason no sound thought maybe settings were off checked and everything was on. Tried reseting device, phone amd doing everything they have listed online but nothing. Unfortunately, for a product this expensive and something so small not to work I can not recommend. This is the most expensive clock on Amazon I'm disappointed in the quality control. Additionally, I now have holes in my wall so will attempt to buy this clock again.Hopefully there customer service is fast and can help me fix the issue or I must return and order another one.Update: within 24 hours it is starting to glitch and not working.Definitely got a faulty oneUpdate:Put the new one up been a couple weeks and bo problem works as expected and lots of great features on the app.Update: 9/02/232nd clock has stopped working tried to reset and nothing. At this price point and how long this has last I would not recommend. Such a head ache. Definitely recommend getting another brand. I'm stuck now as I can no longer return and must claim warranty.

Thanks for the great customer service. I have changed my start rating to a 5 Star.We loved the product when we bought it. Used it daily and the app on our phone was easy to use as well. We bought the product end of March and began using it. There was a recent app update and our timer has not turned back on since then. Basically, we have used this for 4 months and now it's seems broken. Any advice to help resolve this issue? Or does this just need to be replaced? Honestly, if we could still use the product, it would be a 5 star 🌟 product!

I loved these timers for my combat sports academy. They worked great for almost 10 months then all of a sudden they stopped working. Doesn't show any power to the units. These are expensive units to stop working within the first year of purchasing them. I purchased them on May 17, 2023 and they didn't even last 1 year. SUPER DISAPPOINTED

The clock is perfect for my home gym. It is easy to use and the Gym Next app makes the clock versatile. I use the clock almost daily and have never had any issues apart from one time hardware failure, which Gym Next immediately responded to my email over the weekend and had a replacement sent within a few hours. Gym Next raises the bar on customer service, top notch.
