As a person who don't like taking tablets I seek out Softgels wherever I can. For this particular product I'm not only getting value for my money but 250 Softgels. I'm putting in my next order very soon.

Great item for the value.No taste and easy to swallow

I take this because we need vitamin C and I need the zinc in order for magnesium to be absorbed into my system. If I understand correctly, the blood tests normally done at your doctors office does not include a test for your magnesium level. That is a separate test and has to be requested. Also have read that the test for magnesium is rather pricey.

Take when we get sick

Might not have been the product because I have a sensitive stomach so I could not take it. So to be fair I gave it a 4 star rating.

These are very small pills. Very easy to swallow for those that have issues with huge vitamins. It’s difficult to find Vitamin C that isn’t either chewable or a huge pill. These are perfect!
