We have been using this in our library for a year and a half now. The kids are absolutely in love with this machine. It is easy to stock and functions well. It is well lit and doesn't take much time to turn on. The machine comes with lots of options and adjustments you can make to the claw. We liked the fact we could turn the sound off for our facility, as well as adding free plays since this is an incentive for our kids to behave well.The item shipped all the way from Taiwan and was extremely well packaged. The company was very nice and sent an email checking on everything soon after. Overall, I highly recommend this product and company.
