A Well-Written Contribution to the Practice of Muscle Testing
I am on my second read-through of this book which I like in part because it is relatively short and concise. Michael uses words well, not too many, to describe the topic. I appreciate that he has extended the really good work of Dr. David R. Hawkins (Power vs Force) and has presented new ways to do self-muscle testing. I've always been quite intuitive and have "known" the essence of things. Michael's book helps me put this in a useful context. This is an excellent read on the subject, and with the Kindle edition (for the price) you get a real bargain. Thank you Michael for providing us this book.

A complex subject made simple
A good book. But, oh how I wish authors would get editors and proofreaders! There were so many grammar, syntax errors and spelling errors, that continuing the read was a bit of an effort. Several times I had to re-read a sentence in order to understand its meaning. Despite that, if you make your way to the end, there is useful advice. The 'sway' technique is thoroughly explained, making it easy to understand and implement. The author introduced me to the 'heart' test. This other technique could have been more thoroughly explained, as with the previous one. For example, he could have included sample questions, as he did for the previous method. All in all, it was useful information. It reminded me about getting in touch directly, and encouraged me to get back into my own regular practice.

Excellent
I think this book provides a necessary tool, to be able to obtain guidance from the universe. I was able to apply the instruction immediately and I did obtain answers. It is easy and interesting to read in a short period of time, and I believe the information is invaluable to anyone who seeks true inner guidance.

Ask good questions - get good answers!
A new way of learning about my body, my health, and everything else opened up to me when I became acquainted with "muscle response testing" or simply "muscle testing", also sometimes called "applied kinesiology" to access the pure facts of the universe. The first person to bring these techniques to my attention was Dr. Bradley Nelson, author of "The Emotion Code." Instantly I knew I must learn as much as possible and in my search found clear and helpful instructions in Michael Hetherington's "The Art of Self Muscle Testing." This follow-up book, "You Can Ask the Universe Anything" is a quick read and a useful and simple focus on building skill of asking questions and getting answers on any topic. Both books are on my Kindle now. Thanks, Michael (and Amazon).

It's ok
I get a lot of it , but use for politics, well that waist of universe time most policians only line their pockets.

A Must Read Book About Asking For Truth From The Universe
Super helpful book. I was already using muscle testing with my hands to "check in" to my truth. Learning even more about this process clarified many issues I was having. I find this auhor very helpful and inspiring.

Really disappointing
Amateurish. If this was a 6th Former submitting it as an essay it would be a "FAIL" from me. Poor writing skills. Opposite of "deep". Short, but not very sweet.
