I LOVE THIS
I love this Brow Highlighter! It gives my eyes a lift when I apply it under the brow. I put it in the corner of my eye next to my nose to cover dark area, and it makes a big difference in brightening my eyes. I have also learned to use it a lip liner, it keeps my lipstick from bleeding! I have one at home and one in my car.

Yes this is a matte product but it is not at all creamy. Too dry for any kind of use.

Love the softness of the crayon.
