It’s easy to take… I don’t like swallowing pills but these are light and easy. They came sealed and in good condition. Some of the other reviewers said they had stomach pain because of the iron (I usually do too) so I was worried but I take it with food and haven’t felt any discomfort. Other reviewers said the pills discolored after time so I am storing mine in the refrigerator and they seem to be doing fine. I don’t know if they work yet, and will update but so far so good.

What a great, affordable, responsible, cruelty free, vegan product. I am 75 and had been looking for a collagen to supplement for my waning health and aging body. I love this product so much it is now shipped to me on a regular basis. There clearly is a difference in me now...my nails are growing and strong, my hair - well my husband noticed my 'bald spot' as not longer visible. My nails are so weak! I took these every day for 3 months. Did I notice a big difference? I didn't think so. So I quick buying them. Now I notice that they did work.🤔 My nails now are breaking so easily! They didn't make my nails long and super tough but the breakage was much less. So I will reorder and start taking them again

Update: so there is no way to get in contact with the seller via Amazon nor is there contact information on the package that I am seeing.I have tried to take this product on a few occasions since I've gotten it. My body is just unable to keep it down. It would be within minutes of me swallowing the pill that I start vomiting like crazy until the pill is out of my system. When this first occurred, I thought perhaps I was feeling sick or there might've been some other medical issue I was going thru. After discussing things with my doctor, I attempted again but I had the same reaction. I am allergic to fish in general. That was why I bought these to avoid fish oil in the capsules. I don't necessarily know what it is about this capsule that is causing me to become violently ill. I have other medications that I take, but I have taken this supplement with a 4 to 6 hour gap between the others. I've even tried to take first before all the others I need to take in the day. I still get this reaction regardless of what I do. I truly don't know what it is about this pill that makes sick and leads my body to reject it. All I can do is recommend to do the research necessary prior to purchasing.

I’ve been taking the capsules for just over a month and I’m already seeing some improvement in skin smoothness and fingernail strength. I’m vegetarian and finding a vegan capsule that has not been animal tested is a huge bonus!Thanks.

I take a multivitamin supplement from this company and never had an issue. So, I was really looking forward to taking this supplement as well.One day I started having stomach issues like severe pain and nausea after eating to the point I almost went to my doctor. Then out of the blue I even vomited. This is very unusual and rare with me.It wasnt until I read another review on here that I put two and two together and realized I was having the same issues with this supplement! I always take all of my supplements together after eating. This coincided with me feeling very sick after eating and during my sudden vomitingepisode. Unfortunately I figured it out too late and cannot return them, but hopefully this may be helpful to someone who may experience the same thing with this supplement!
