Nice ring
Love weight, feel and look however, based on other rings that I've bought in the size I wear this one is larger. So I would need to buy a size down in this ring.

The simulated opal is nicer than a natural opal.
I once had an opal ring many years ago but someone stole all my rings and so I lost my opal ring. I could never find an opal ring for a man after that. I love it and wear it all the time. My birthstone is an opal. The synthetic opal has more fire in it than a natural stone. Thanks a million!!! Kenneth

Feels and looks cheap
The synthetic opal rattles and feels loose, and the shimmer is extremely fake-looking. I knew this wouldn't be a genuine opal, but it looks strictly plastic.

OK for Price
Ring with opal does like nice in person except I notice the black in the detail of pictured ring is not there in person. Ring is all silver but nice for the price. I will stay enough pleased with the ring as long as it doesn't cause my skin to change colors as I wear it for some time.
