This anti-inflammatory topical is amazing. If you cannot use an NSAID, this is a lifesaver. The active ingredient is capsaicin so be sure to use the roll-on. The roller ball helps to massage the cream into the muscles or joint. I have been using this for years. As much as I would love to use an NSAID, there is a whole community of us who can't. Capsaicin is a natural anti-inflammatory like cinnamon or Tumeric.

Stop it! This stuff is AMAZING! This was recommended for my tennis elbow but I immediately rolled it on every ache and pain! If I could bathe in it, I would. But, 🔥! 🤣 I will definitely be ordering more.

A family member recommended this to me, and it definitely gets hot! It works, but I’m not sure if I like it any better than what I was already using. The roll-on is convenient, though.

I really like the heat it puts out when I heat up. However if I am not actively moving heating my body up it’s no hotter than biofreeze or icy hot.

My first time use the ball came out and went all over my back hard to clean up. Bad bottle would you please replace?
