Exactly what it described

I found my old Wii recently but couldn't find some of my old accessories. This accessory bundle included everything I needed to get my Wii going again. It has the Wii sensor bar and the power adapter for the console. It even included a HDMI converter to allow me to use my Wii on the modern TVs used these days. However this is not an image enhancer (and its not meant to be), there are issues with converting a signal made for CRTs to a modern HDMI TV. Since you are sending a low quality image (SD) to a high resolution TV (HD) you will see what seems to be quality issues with the image. For people who want a good video, you will need an image enhancer/upscaler.

The media could not be loaded. Box was not damaged but the wii 2 hdmi was clearly damaged as parts were rattling around inside it. Does not work at all. Can you replace the wii 2 hdmi adapter?
