Poor Quality Unit, but Good Vendor
I have had two of these units and they have both failed in the same way after about a year. What happens is that the seals give out around the contacts and the unit starts leaking. This is very bad as it also causes failure of the cord, resulting in another $50-$60 cost for a replacement cord. I give one star for unit quality, and a bonus star only because the company has shown itself to be reliable, providing a replacement cell and cord after the first one failed. However I would not purchase the same unit again.
