These fit a TENS3000 device
These look well made & as sturdy as the original leads that failed. Only time will tell if they hold up longer than the six months to a year that we get from too many brands of cable... Got these at a very good price on a deal so that part was good. Will try to update once they fail or last over a year.

2Pcs/pack Replacement Electrode Lead Wires Connect Cables Pin 2mm For TENS 7000 and TENS Electronic Therapy MachinesWork just like the originals on my TENS 7000. As a bonus they come with a bag with draw string to hold them when not in use.NOTE: Other reviews have mentioned that the pins did note fit (to loose). I did not experience this problem with the leads I received and I use them with the original TENS Pads and after market pads. For those having the to loose problem you may be able to CAREFULLY squeeze the pin with a pair of wire cutters (dykes) and make some small raised marks on the pin to make it tighter. I agree that you shouldn't have to do this but if you're just going to throw them out and not return them it might be worth a try. See included picture I tried this on an old broken cable I had and it did tighten the connection when plugging into my pads.

Great with my TENS unit.
These are good replacement cables. They work fine in my TENS 7000. Don't buy another machine when you only need new cables. TENS cables just don't last forever. It's our fault but they get tugged and broken. Get new cables and you're all set.
