What are the real dimensions of this hammer? The ones listed on Amazon can't be right.

So based on comments is this a bladed hammer or a pick hammer? The picture shows a bladed hammer but the reviews say pick hammer.

In your terminology, it is a bladed hammer. Some people also call it a pick hammer even with a flat, not pointed, pick.

How does this do at shock absorption vs the 21oz with hickory handle? How about grip (with gloves) after things get wet.

Est wings are great hammers, I’ve used them for over 40 years, this one hasn’t disappointed, I primarily use it for maintenance work and tile removal on commercial kitchen tile replacement and patch jobs, works great holds up, just as my other Estwing hammers have over the years.
