I'll not talk about medical these are great for me. I was worried this would be counterfeit and it is not it is the same we can buy at the drugstore but slightly more convenient and cheaper. Individual units packaged just like retail ones. Zero issues will keep buying. Btw, OTN says this product/compound is much safer for long super long term usage than oximetazoline sprays, so at least there's that. One shouldn't use it long term but if one has to seems its the least worst path. Recommended.

Love these things.. If its a stuffy nose, this thing will fix the symptom. I'm beginning to worry my body is dependent on this because it ALWAYS work... It always save my day...At one time, during one of my allergies season, I was hit so bad that I couldn't breathe at all through my nose. Once I use this, and I was able to breathe again. Funny thing about it was that snots were dripping out of my nose, I was sneezing every 10 mins, however i was able to breathe...Here in CA, CVS charges $7 each (cheapest I can find).. Now i just stock this in my medicine cabinet. Hopefully I will use it up before they expire.
