Not without support. It's basically a stuffed toy with a small hole for puppetry. You can wiggle either the hands, head or feet with an adult sized hand, but not all at once. If you put a rigid or semi rigid frame inside, you could get it to stand up.

Yes, unfortunately, my big hand doesn’t fit in it very well.

I mean it's really realistic but I would go ahead and get the neca gizmo cuz they just hallowed it out and called it a puppet
