I just received this about 30 minutes ago and I know it works but I just wanted to say that the advertising on this says that it will help you to sleep but I believe this is mixed up with their Natrol sleep medicine. This will definitely not make you sleepy this is vitamin B and it gives you energy. Someone should probably fix the advertising on this as you scroll through looking at the advertising pictures. People who want energy do not want things that are going to make them tired and they may not sell as much of this product. Towards the evening this will help you to relax but it will not have the effects of something that will make you go to sleep.
