Grape Energy Mix

Not sure if being addicted to these is a good thing or a bad thing! I love ZipFizz. I have one every morning. I guess it is my coffee since I don't drink that. I can tell if I have not had one by lunch because I am dragging a bit, so that's why I'm not sure if it's a good thing or bad. I know for a fact that the vitamins are there. My Vitamin B was off the chart on my last labs. My primary doctor said I should probably back down to drinking one every other day but my naturopathic doctor said she would rather it be too high than too low. I'll continue to have one a day for now. Grape is my absolute favorite flavor but I also like the orange and pina colada.One negative - I was disappointed after the Costco salesman sold me on his pitch that it had no artificial sweeteners. It has Sucralose and Xylitol. I'm not real thrilled about that, but I still think it's better than having a soda! That's what I tell myself anyway!

First of all, I am not going to pretend to know the true nutritional 'anything' for this or any other product. I'm just going to relate my experience and what I believe about the product.This is one of those powders that come in tubes that you add to water. This is the grape flavor. They have many others, but grape seems to be the favorite for many. I first came across it at Sam's Club as the company often has reps there to offer samples to customers. In fact, they will actually give you an entire bottle of water with a full tube mixed in for free, if you ask them. It says it provides a ton of vitamins. I have chosen to believe that so I think of it as a way of getting a lot of my vitamin intake because I'm an oddball eater.The product claims that it can give you a burst of energy that lasts for hours. What I have found is that it is true. When I drink the bottle and then set out to go for a walk or clean, or do anything that requires energy on my part, that after about 15 minutes, I do get a boost. Thus, I believe that, for me anyway, that's a credible claim.Some of the flavors don't quite have it on the taste side of things, but I do love the grape and enjoy the orange from time to time as well.This product is currently part of the Subscribe and Save program and you can get a good deal on it most of the time when ordering the grape flavor. That said, Sam's Club price when I last checked was still $19.99 for the 20-tube package of the grape. Amazon's pricing sometimes beats that easily, but sometimes it also goes up higher. The other flavors are often more than the Sam's Club or Costco pricing.At any rate, I still try to drink one of these a day and sometimes I do more. When I don't do anything exercise or energy-wise, I feel like I'm getting the vitamins I know. When I do have things to do and drink this first, I do feel like it helps once it kicks in.I'm a believer in the product.Oh, and I like that the company is accessible by phone. I have called them a few times, with either questions or feedback. The last time I called it was because one tube did not have the protective plastic cover on it. Without any hassle, they sent me three tubes as a replacement.

Yum! One of my favorite flavors. The best way to bring some life into regular water. There's no going back to anything else.

I think the grape tastes very good. You have to remember to pour an inch or so out of your bottle of water or it fizzes over. It has a bit of fizz which is nice. It’s easy to drink, the powder mixes well, it is purple in color, and it gives a nice steady energy without you crashing later. I love these. My only complaint is the container is not very environmentally friendly, they could use something besides all this plastic to house it in. However, it makes them nice to throw in your bag or pocket to carry with you.

Best hydration and energy supplement. Great flavors making it fun to mix them.
