Defective in 6 months, no warranty support
It turned out to be very useless.. I spent so much money and after five months its charge would run out immediately. After full charge green light came on, as soon as the charger was removed, the battery would go off again. It means the battery itself was damaged. After this, one day I used the charging cable directly and continued to work. But after doing this, it started behaving unusually after some time. It means some buttons stopped working. Sometimes it started going off even when it was still charged. Finally I removed the entire keyboard. And to install its battery also, the entire PLATE will have to be removed, that battery is also not available. The biggest thing is that they have written PRODUCT SUPPORT but those AUTOBOT people give LIKHIT replies. There is no technical hand for support who can repair it. It is under WARRANTY but this warranty is of no use

Good quality keyboard at reasonable price.
This is my third time purchase. The keyboard lasted for 2 years. I really like that they upgraded to Type C charger. Now you don't need batteries in mouse also. Please do use the keyboard cover to reduce the typing sound and for extra cushion.

VERY NICE AND PREMIUM...BUT NOT GOOD...
Keyboard is good as it has rechargeable battery, looks premium, slim & sturdy...ok...But, the mouse is not so good, right click is not working properly, some time it has to be pressed hard similarly keyboard's keys are not very responsive...it is smooth but gentle press does not work...so disappointed...

Excellent Experience with iClever Customer Support
I used the iClever GK08 wireless keyboard and mouse for 9 months and was very pleased with the product. It has a premium look and feel, which I found quite impressive. Unfortunately, after some time, a few keys stopped working. While this can happen with any electronic device, iClever truly values its customers. They provided detailed troubleshooting steps and tried to resolve the issue. When it couldn't be fixed, they offered a full refund immediately after confirming the problem. I was really impressed by iClever's support and follow-up.
