An excellent intro to Vedic Astrology
The book brings out the basic principles of Parashari Vedic Astrology in a simple and lucid way. It is an ideal book for beginners.There does not appear to be any modern techniques in this book as claimed by the title. I would be happy of the author could prove me wrong.However, the book is an excellent introduction to Astrology with many illustrations and examples and will be helpful to all beginners of Astrology.

A Great Read
The book is a great read. A lot of reasearch has been done by Shri. M. S. Mehta. Techniques are replicable.
