Sub flooring, does this work for checking if my cement sub floor is level?

Can it be used outside, say for gutter installations?

Is the laser line level , to what degree and how far and brightness ?

What you mentioned Verti-Site is a bubble level oriented so you can put the body of the device on the side of a wall or post and project a laser beam up (or down) in a vertical orientation.
