I’ve been using the Tefal Ever Sharp chef knife for a few weeks now, and it’s quickly become my go-to in the kitchen. The integrated sharpener is a clever addition that keeps it performance-ready all the time. 👍 What I Loved Excellent edge & sharpness — Right out of the box it slices through vegetables, meats, and herbs cleanly and smoothly. Integrated sharpener works well — A couple of light passes in the built-in sharpener are enough to refresh the blade mid-use. No need to reach for a separate honing rod. Balanced and comfortable handling — The weight distribution is spot on. Even after extended prep, my hand doesn’t tire. Good-quality construction — The blade feels sturdy and well made, with a durable finish. Easy to maintain — Because of the sharpener, I’ve kept it sharp with minimal effort, which is a huge plus for regular cooking. Useful size — The 16.5 cm length is versatile — big enough for most tasks, yet manageable and precise for finer cuts.

Absolutely good buy, very useful in kitchen, and always sharp.

Great knife. BUT, the handle broke whilst using. Very dangerous. Used it for less than a year. Had not been in the dishwasher once. Not the first review I've seen of this. Will get in touch with Tefal and see what their guarantee says. Hmm..

Amazing, sharpens each time

It looks very slick and is super sharp. It's a nice weight and fits in the cutlery drawer in it's sheath nicely. Early days but very impressed so far.

Brilliant. Highly recommend. Stays so sharp that I can cut bread rolls in half cleanly! Other knives I have used, tear bread rolls and flatten them whilst trying to cut. Carves meat to perfection, and stays sharp due to the self sharpening inside the knife holder. The complete item takes up very little space on the work surface, or in a draw. The knife remains safe when not in use in the self sharpening holder.
